Greg Langer’s deep ties to Palatine dates back nearly 100 years ago when his ancestors first moved into the Village. His family has been a mainstay in Palatine since then. His grandfather was the assistant volunteer Fire Chief and owned a local print shop in Palatine for 55 years. His parents owned and operated Rainbow Restaurant and Cafe Connection for over 15 years. A 4th generation resident, Greg is raising this family in the Village that has meant so much to him.

Greg is proud to have attended Stuart R. Paddock Elementary, Plum Grove Junior High, and William Fremd High School. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Eastern Illinois University.

Professionally, Greg is a marketer at heart and has worked for Havas Media since 2014. At Havas Media, Greg is the Vice-President of Programmatic Supply, working with clients like Dolce & Gabbana, Fidelity, Land O’ Lakes, and Puma, to name a few.

Greg is dedicated to community service, serving on the Whytecliffe Homeowners Board for 7 years, including 6 as the board President. He also volunteers with the Palatine Historical Society, serving as Treasurer for the past 3 years. He was recognized as a Palatine Park District Volunteer of the Year for 2023.
